I'm just now getting home. I haven't written for a while so I figured I better throw something up here. I was on my way home from work tonight...actually I guess since technically it is Tuesday, that would make it LAST night, Monday, but whatevs. Anyway, I was on my way home from Depot and "Remember When" comes on. This song makes me cry...big shock...again, whatevs. Basically, it's everything that was supposed to be coming to me for the rest of my life. I get home, still kind of sniffling, and I am not even here for five minutes when my phone rings, that special little ringtone...Push - Matchbox 20. Some of you know the significance, some don't, but it put a smile on my face. The crying ceased to exist. Glorious...tremendous even. Okay, now I am getting into inside jokes and it won't be funny to anyone but me. Anyway, JohnRoss came over, added some more stuff to my computer, Brett called, we went to Wal Mart, I went over to his apartment to watch the new eps of Entourage I haven't seen (LOVE that show), but Evan was being a tv hog so it was boxing, poker, and bull riding. True story. They love watching poker. I don't get. But whatevs. If you haven't seen the movie Running Scared, you should. Yeah, Paul Walker is lame, but it's a decent movie, I liked it. This came after I was re-introduced to the forever-and-a-day chase seen from Mel Gibson pre-Anti-Semetic rantings of 'The Road Warrior'. All in all, a good evening. Even though Tequila is starting to make me sneeze like crazy, I love that cat.
In other news that's not really news, I finally broke down and JohnRoss redid my computer. I now have XP, which I was not necessarily excited about, but I like it much better now than I thought I would. I know the vast majority of people scoff at Windows ME. Yes, it was very unstable - for most. I had it on my computer for almost SIX YEARS, and I had problems with it only ONCE before this last week. But it just got so bad, it was going badly, very very quickly. Now I have XP, I like it, and I just have to sort through all my files. JohnRoss transferred all of my stuff from my computer to his hard drive, and now I have the job of putting everything into some sort of organized system. But I backed up all my photos, twice. I have the best pictures and the best friends, no way did I ever want to lose any of those.
I am also looking forward to Wednesday. Afternoons are great.
